EmoBond ("we", "our") helps you strengthen your relationships through AI-powered coaching and insights. Your emotional data is deeply personal, and we treat it that way. This policy explains what we collect, how we collect it, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

Coaching replies, insights, suggestions and check-in analyses are generated by Anthropic's Claude models, accessed through our secure backend.
What is sent to Anthropic: the text of the message you write, and, for an emotional check-in, the photo you capture. What is not sent: your name, email address, phone number, account identifiers, or your stored relationship history.
Your permission: before your first AI-powered session, EmoBond shows an in-app explanation of what is sent and to whom, and asks for your explicit consent. You can decline and continue using the non-AI parts of the app, and you can withdraw consent later from your Profile.
Protection by the third party: data is sent to Anthropic solely to generate your response. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models, and Anthropic is contractually required to provide protections for this data equal to those described in this policy.
We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.
We never sell your data. We never share your relationship data with advertisers. We never store your check-in photos. Coaching is supportive guidance, not medical or psychological care.
EmoBond Premium is processed by Apple or Google. We receive subscription status only — never your payment details.
You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time. Delete your account in the app under Profile, or email isnsaka@gmail.com. Deletion removes your profile, relationship data and session history within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is scoped per user with database row-level security. AI API keys are held server-side only and are never included in the app.
EmoBond is intended for users 16 and older and is not directed at children.
