Frequently asked questions

How does the AI coach work?

Your coach is powered by Anthropic's Claude models, running through our secure backend. Type or speak during a session and it responds with supportive, practical guidance. Before your first AI session the app asks for your explicit consent and explains exactly what is sent. EmoBond is wellness coaching — it is not medical, psychological, or crisis care.

What data is sent to the AI?

Only the content needed to generate your response: the message you write, and for emotional check-ins, the photo you capture. Your name, email, and account details are never sent. Check-in photos are processed in the moment and are not stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

Why did I hit a daily limit?

Free accounts include 5 coaching messages and 1 emotional check-in per day. Limits reset every day. EmoBond Premium removes them.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

EmoBond Premium is billed through your app store. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

How do I sign in?

You can use Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address and password. If a sign-in fails, check your internet connection and try again — if it persists, email us.

How do I delete my account or my data?

In the app, open Profile and choose to delete your account, or email isnsaka@gmail.com from your registered address and we'll remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Important note
